Scientific Digital Imaging plc appoints Harry Tee, CBE as Chairman
SDI is pleased to announce the appointment of Harry Tee, CBE as Chairman. Mr Tee already had over 20 years’ experience in management within the electronics industry when he founded the Roxboro Group plc in 1990. He was a main board director at Graseby plc and had also held a number of senior management posts in Schulmberger and ITT.
Scientific Digital Imaging acquires Synoptics Group to realise Synoptics’ commercial potential in life science imaging markets
Synoptics has announced it has been aquired by newly formed UK imaging company, Scientific Digital Imaging (SDI). The acquisition will provide Synoptics with both the investment and business acumen to consolidate and build upon its portfolio of successful imaging products.
